Studio etiquette
Welcome! Whether this is your first yoga class or you’re a longtime yogi, our mission is to bring love, compassion health and wellbeing for every student who enters our studio, now and in the future.

Here are a few helpful tips and requests:
-
There are no refunds.
-
Please register online, it helps teachers prepare for class and helps the studio keep track of business. You may always cancel if your plans change.
-
For your convenience, you may pay online. This saves time and provides you with a payment receipt. We offer drop-in rates, as well as multi-class packages.
-
Leave your cellphone in your car or put it on silent and leave it in the Lobby where you have your shoes
-
Avoid wearing perfume or fragranced body lotions. Many people have allergies or are sensitive to fragrances. Sometimes essential oils will be offered as part of class. These are always pure essential oils and are always optional.
-
Be understanding of differences and preferences. Some students prefer to sit in silence before class begins. There are times when the depth of a yoga experience promotes a healthy cry. Allow others privacy and space.
-
Refrain from talking during class.
-
Not everyone knows this, but it is considered disrespectful to step on another’s person’s yoga mat. Please step over or around mats.
