Join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice and embrace your inner light!
- Usually, the Solstice is celebrated with 108 sun salutations, however we have divided it by the 4 seasons and will perform 27 salutations, followed by heart opening restorative poses that will allow you to connect to the joy of the season. The evening will close with a meditation focused on the year’s end and setting everything aside, which may inhibit you from being who you wish to be in the New Year.
