SPRING

I hear the birds out side singing and it makes my heart sing too. New life, new beginnings!

Are you ready for spring? I am definitely longing for warmer days, to walk into the garden and see the first signs of sprouting buds on the trees and flowers pushing through the earth. Spring is a time of renewal, awakening, and longer days. With longer light days our hearts are reflecting the same kind of renewal that nature does.

I get inspired and find that there is a spring in my step, a renewed energy that is inspiring me to be moving more, to let go of the lazier me, which always comes with the long winter days. It’s a time of growth, hope and transformation. Planting seeds for new life.

Planting seeds in your heart and planting seeds in other peoples hearts is a most amazing way to grow.
